About Michael Wierschem, MD

Dr. Wierschem has been a leading Urological surgeon in the Dallas area for over 20 years. He is well respected and serves as the Chief of Urology at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Plano. He grew up in North Dallas and continues to make it his home with his wife and three sons. Giving back to his community has always been important to Dr. Wierschem. He has been actively involved for many years with Project Access where he donates his time and surgical skills to the underprivileged of Collin County. Dr. Wierschem also travels to Bulgaria in eastern Europe on Medical Missions where he cares for refugees and orphans in need.
