About Dipan Das, MD
Dr. Dipan Das is Board certified in Plastic Surgery with added certification in Hand Surgery and practices full time in Katy. He primarily operates at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Katy, and Methodist West Houston Hospital. He helps patients with a broad range of issues, including hand and wrist problems, cancer reconstruction, along with plastic and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Das understands that no two patients who seek the care of a plastic surgeon have identical needs. That’s why providing a high level of personalized care is a top priority for him. A native of Wisconsin and born in Milwaukee, Dr. Das completed 10 years of surgical training with residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery along with a fellowship in Hand & Microsurgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. It was there during training that Dr. Das and Dr. Stephenson first met. Dr. Das practiced at the Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin before coming down to Katy, Texas. Being board certified, he is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society for Surgery of the Hand(ASSH), American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery(ASRM) and the Texas Medical Association. Since moving from Wisconsin, Dr. Das and his family are grateful to be members of the Katy community. He is proud to serve the community health care needs, focusing his interests in hand and reconstructive plastic surgery exclusively in the Katy area.
