About Zack Zaibak, DDS

Dr. Zack Zaibak is one of Illinois' top practitioners of advanced cosmetic dentistry, equally committed to treating those with severe dental reconstruction needs and healthy patients looking to achieve a Hollywood smile. He is committed to mastering the latest technology and advances in dentistry in order to meet the needs and desires of his patients. Dr. Zaibak graduated as the class valedictorian with a B.S. from Saint Xavier University. He received his B.S.D. and D.D.S. (Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree) from the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He continued to advance his skills by completing an Advanced Dentistry General Practice Residency at the Loyola Hospital, and then earning a Masters degree. Dr. Zaibak is devoted to continuing education, and he has completed over 300 hours of continuing education in the past four years. He has trained at such prestigious institutions as the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies—recently focusing on the disciplines of cosmetic and comprehensive rehabilitation dentistry. Dr. Zaibak is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Society for Forensic Odontology, American Association of Hospital Dentists, and has advanced training and certification in Lumineers, Invisalign and laser surgery. Dr. Zaibak has created beautiful smiles for media personalities, models and brides, and has helped repair facial defects in both adults and children. In 2009 he was classified by the Consumer Research Council of America as one of America's Top dentists.
