About William J. Geyer, DDS
A native of Tampa, William J Geyer DDS is a graduate of Hillsborough High School and the University of Florida, receiving his Bachelor of Science in 1977. Dr. Geyer graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1981. He is proud to be the longest practicing dentist in the Lutz- Land O’Lakes area, serving the community since 1982. Dr. Geyer enjoys caring for his patients, helping them understand their dental needs, and providing them the finest service in relaxed atmosphere. His practice is almost exclusively referral based, and although most patients come from direct referral from other patients, family, friends and referring doctors, new patients are ALWAYS welcome. A member of many local, state and national professional organizations, Dr. Geyer was awarded the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003, in recognition of his commitment to continued education in dentistry. Dr. Geyer has an extensive resume of exotic animal dentistry.He appears on The WildLife Docs™ television show serving as a dental consultant to the veterinarian staff at Busch Gardens™ and the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa. Dr. Geyer spends his leisure time at home with his wife, Adele, and their dogs, Gracie and Colbert or traveling, snow skiing, and fishing with their children.
