About Whitney G. Jones, DDS
Dr. Whitney Jones earned her Bachelor of Science in biology at Prairie View A&M University in 2012. During her time at Prairie View A&M University, she shadowed a local dentist, which sparked her interest in dentistry. She was also the President of the Pre-Dental club during her time there. She then obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Jones is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry. She continues to participate in CEREC certification courses as well as E4D training courses. Dr. Jones completed a one-year general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in 2017. She also provided dental care at a clinic on an Indian Reservation in Claremore, Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her friends and family. One of her favorite verses from the Bible is: “Consider it pure joy, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance” (James 1:2-3).
