About Walter Jayasinghe
Walter Jayasinghe, M.D. M.P.H. graduated with an MBBS degree from the University of Ceylon in Sri Lanka in 1967, and eventually immigrated to the United States in 1972 to practice medicine. He trained at the County Hospital of Bakersfield, and completed his residency in 1977 at California Medical Hospital of Los Angeles and the University of Southern California, where he trained as an ob/gyn. Furthering his experience and expertise, he earned a Master’s Degree from UCLA in Public Health, majoring in Nutrition. For 35 years, Dr. Jayasinghe has dedicated himself to serving the community with compassion and care for every patient. And after delivering more than 13,000 babies, he redirected his passion for beauty to the field of laser and plastic surgery. He decided to start his own practice, mainly focusing on areas of breast augmentation and vaginal surgeries to encourage women to feel confident and beautiful.
