Evergreen Wellness Clinic was started with the mission to provide comprehensive care for skin and body, focused on giving you a youthful and healthy looking skin. All services will be provided by Dr. Vasantha Natarajan, a Board Certified Family Physician who has been in practice for 12+ years. Our goal is to provide high quality care by spending adequate time and personalize care by getting to know each patient. We offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation on your first visit with us. We will review your medical history and perform a complete skin evaluation to determine your skin type. So we can offer the best care you deserve. we currently provide wrinkle treatment for the face with Botox and Fillers. We will begin offering other services as we expand to provide you with a one stop clinic for all your skin care improvements.
