About Thuc D. Hoang, DMD

Dr. Hoang is a cosmetic general dentist serving Irving Las Colinas TX. His educational background includes dual degrees in Biological Sciences and Fine Arts at the University of the Pacific in California. He later obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2005 with honors. Upon graduation, he returned to Texas, his childhood state, and has worked at many private practices and group practices as both an associate dentist and as a managing directing dentist before settling at his own practice in Las Colinas Irving, TX. Las Colinas, to many, is a growing and thriving community in central Irving, TX. Dr. Hoang is definitely proud to be able to serve this community now and in the long term. Since graduation, he has continued his studies, training in postgraduate courses for cosmetics, periodontal therapy, implant restoration, and many other general dentistry procedures. He believes he is lucky to be in this field, where he can care for others and at the same time be proud that he made a difference in people’s lives. A beautiful and healthy smile is one of the key factors to a happier life style, he believes. “Your smile is one of the first things people notice, it is a confidence booster, and among all else, it will give you that positive vibe that everyone wants to be around.” His older brother and sister both live in the Dallas metroplex, as well as a multitude of his relatives. This enables him to visit his nephew and nieces on his days off. Family, to him, is a big part of his life and as he puts it, keeps him “grounded.” Dr. Hoang is licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Texas and holds membership with the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, as well as the Dallas Dental Society.
