Tara Mingardi is a certified cosmetic artist and the founder of Wish Beauty, offering permanent cosmetic services in partnership with Flutter Lash & Skin Studio. She fell in love with Microblading four years ago when she was first introduced as a client. Tara has 20 years of experience in the medical profession as a Registered Dental Hygienist and in a corporate setting both teaching and training clinicians. Following a break in her career to raise her four children, Tara re-entered the workforce armed with a passion to help others meet their individualized beauty wishes. Continued learning has always been the driving force behind all her career endeavors and is what has propelled her to success. Tara places a high value on delivering the safest and best possible service to her clients. Through listening and educating her clients, and giving each client an individualized experience, her goal is to deliver the most complementary and natural look.
