About Tammy L. Sawyer, Aesthetician Specialist

I hope to be a catalyst in your journey of well being. I have a passion for holistic health, wellness, and balance. A lot of my drive and passion came from personal health as well as observing friends, family, other people, and animals. My mission is to help individuals empower themselves to become balanced spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, nutritionally, and to learn to laugh every single day as it is the best medicine. I began my massage and esthetics education and career in the early years of 2000. I am a Certified Massage Therapist licensed with the Va Board of Nursing. I am a Master Esthetician licensed with the Va Board of Cosmetology. I hold my license as a Master Esthetics and Massage Therapy instructor. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and Aromatherapist. I completed my Reiki Mastership in 2007 and have been doing other intuitive and energy work with people and animals since I was a small child. I completed my training as a Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner. I hold my health coaching certification through Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have also studied & certified, and continue to study in the realm of natural and preventative therapies. I have also studied & certified, and continue to study in fitness, personal training, raw foods, herbs, aromatherapy, flower essences, person transformation, coaching, and nutrition. I am very active, playing a variety of sports such as inline hockey, ice hockey, soccer, yoga, and martial arts. I love to cook and uncook (preparing raw food). I find joy in everything I do daily from washing dishes to teaching classes and working with clients. My life is truly blessed.
