About Tamika Lindsey, Aesthetician Specialist
Tamika Lindsey, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Licensed Aesthetician. She is a native Houstonian, and has practiced Nursing since earning her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Texas Womans University in 2003. She began her Nursing career at Methodist Hospital ICU in Houston. She went on to become a travel nurse where she was fortunate enough to work in some of the most elite ERs & ICUs in hospitals around the United States which included working in the ICU at the World-Renowned Duke University. She then returned to Texas Womans University where she completed her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner she has worked in both Internal and Family Medicine before moving to Emergency Medicine and Aesthetics. She has a total of 15 years experience in the Nursing field and is a Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (D.O.T). Working long hours, having a family to care for she truly understands the scheduling demands of daily living, and how difficult it is to make time for office visits, in addition to her love to help her clients age gracefully, beautify their skin, and enhance their natural beauty is what makes Tamika so passionate about what she does and why she established Exclusive Wellness & Aesthetics; a Medical and Aesthetics Concierge Service. Tamika is also known as “GlamNP713”, she was renamed the Glam Nurse Practitioner of Houston by her clients. Tamika recently opened a “Glam Office” so that her clients could be treated in a comfortable office environment if they choose. Tamika is certified in injectables: Botox, Dysport, Xeonim, Kybella, Juvederm & Restylane Soft Tissue Fillers. She is also certified in Dermaplaning, NovaThreads (PDO) thread lifting & SkinPen Microneedling. In 2017 she developed a private skincare line appropriately named Exclusively Radiant Skincare which has quickly become a client favorite. She was recently awarded Best Nurse Injector by The Aesthetics Academy as well as a finalist for Best Before & After Facial Injectable by The Aesthetic Academy in Newport Beach, CA. Also voted RealSelf 2017 Most Loved Injector by her clients. She is an honoree of D-Mars Top 50 Health, Wellness & Medical Professionals in Houston these are just a few of her recognitions. When she is not attending conferences to stay abreast of the changes in health care treatment options/techniques, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling, scuba diving, reading, and of course shopping.
