About Svetlana Tsipursky, MD
Dr. Svetlana Tsipursky is a comprehensive general ophthalmologist with more than 30 years of experience in treating adults and children. Dr. Tsipursky is an honors MD graduate from the distinguished Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (RNRMU) in Moscow. Dr. Tsipursky completed her residency in ophthalmology, became a PhD, and practiced for 10 years as a general ophthalmologist in the Moscow Helmholtz Research Institute of Eye Diseases, before moving to the United States. After moving to the United States, Dr. Tsipursky completed her residency in ophthalmology in the distinguished Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and has been an American Board Certified ophthalmologist since 2000. Dr. Tsipursky opened the office of Advanced Eye Care, Ltd. in 1999 and has been a go-to for patients ever since.
