When Master Esthetician and certified Acne Specialist Susana Scott graduated with high honors from Pivot Point Academy in 1999, she knew exactly what she was meant to do. Armed with a commitment to continuing her education and endless professional curiosity, she began her career working for the finest spas in Hinsdale and Naperville. A successful decade into her craft, Susana shifted her focus to the pursuit of medical aesthetics mastery. She jumped into rigorous laser seminars that provided intensive training on the latest techniques of laser skin rejuvenation and medical grade skin peels for all skin types. Given the opportunity to work for medical spas with talented physicians, as well as opportunities for advancement, Susana earned an advanced certification on Sciton laser aesthetics, an education from PCA Skin on skin biology for corrective peels, anti-aging treatments, and advanced skin exfoliation techniques for sun damage, fine lines, acne and rosacea. While smart aging technologies intrigued Susana, the opportunity to study acne, its root causes and highly effective clearing techniques became available, which led to her distinction as a certified acne specialist. Susana has also devoted a large portion of her career learning techniques for painless waxing while using the finest Australian wax. After gaining several years of experience in high end luxury environments and advanced medical offices, Susana took yet another professional leap, evolving into the owner of the progressive Allure Skin Studio you know today. Susana has always had a passion for helping people feel beautiful. She has dedicated her life to educating her clients about proper skin care and how to make a difference in helping them achieve radiant and beautiful skin. That goal is as clear to her today as it was 19 years ago. She wants to provide the best treatments that suit the client's skin, at affordable prices, while striving to make men and women not only feel good, but look good- with visible results.
