About Sunny Y, Aesthetician Specialist
Sunny takes pride in providing each of her clients a unique experience and specialize in tailoring facial treatments specifically for each individual. She brings to the treatment room her knowledge and experience treating various skin conditions; explaining their root causes, and recommends the best practice for home care regimens. Sunny specializes in customized facials based on an extensive analysis of your skin, understanding your personal lifestyle, all the while taking into consideration the effects of weather and time of year. When it comes to proper skincare and professional treatment, Sunny can relate and empathize at a personal level with each client because this subject really hits home. She has struggled with troublesome skin that is sensitive and breaks out so much. Naturally, she has always been interested in skin care and managing her skin. One time, she also had hyperpigmentation and permanent scarring as a result of botched laser treatments performed by an unqualified Esthetician. Her determination to manage her skin condition has turned into an obsession. It is Sunny’s lifelong goal as an Esthetician to be able to help her clients in achieving their skincare goals without the risks of invasive surgery or laser resurfacing. Sunny completed 600 hours of training in the Esthetician program at Palace Beauty College in 2012 and completed her Advanced Clinical Esthetician program at Concepts Institute of Advanced Esthetics in 2017. Additionally, Sunny continues to attend professional workshops hosted by Nerida Joy, a well- respected professional in the community. Sunny is a licensed Esthetician in the State of California. In addition to becoming a licensed esthetician, Sunny has completed 900 hours of training at the National Holistic Institute, one of the most reputable institutions in the country for Massage Therapy. Deepening her education and training, Sunny completed the Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage at the San Francisco School of Massage. Sunny is a certified massage therapist
