About Steven B. Snyder, MD

Steven B. Snyder, M.D. is a nationally and internationally recognized board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic laser surgeon servicing the greater Baltimore MD and Washington DC areas. Dr. Snyder is a pioneer in his field: He was the first in Maryland to offer the ARTAS Robotic FUE Hair Transplant procedure as well as the non-invasive miraDry™ procedure that eliminates bothersome underarm sweating. Additionally, having successfully performed tens of thousands of laser procedures over the last 30 years, Dr. Snyder’s expertise in laser tattoo removal has been given the title of “The King of Tattoo Removers” by The Washington Post. Dr. Snyder received his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. Board Certified in Dermatology, Steven B. Snyder, M.D. completed his residency in dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and he served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Snyder is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and was selected for recognition in “America’s Top Dermatologists” by the Consumer Research Council of America. An artist by nature, Dr. Snyder has always enjoyed the satisfaction of creating and drawing portraits in charcoals and pastels, as well as oil painting and calligraphy. He also enjoys world travel, sports, physical fitness, singing and speaking multiple foreign languages. Dr. Snyder is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides near his practice in Owings Mills, Maryland.
