About Steven B. Albright, MD

Dr. S. Benjamin Albright is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is the founder of his private practice, Albright Plastic Surgery, that serves The Woodlands, TX, Houston, and surrounding communities. Dr. Albright offers a combination of nonsurgical and surgical procedures, including both cosmetic and reconstructive techniques, that rejuvenate the face and body with a special emphasis on breast reconstruction operations. These include the pre-pectoral tissue expander technique, direct-to-implant technique, fat transfer, breast ReSensation and oncoplastic techniques. He offers both advanced implant-based and flap-based reconstructions, such as the DIEP flap and PAP flap. Dr. Albright has an impressive educational background, achieving his B.S. from Stanford University in California. He proceeded to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX with a 4.0 GPA and scoring in the 99th percentile (top 1 percent) on his medical licensing exams. From there, he continued his post-doctoral training by completing a prestigious plastic surgery residency in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Since then, Dr. Albright has and continues to complete a number of certifications and attend training courses to stay at the forefront of his field, such as the Allergan Natrelle 410 Implant Certification Program, Sciton Laser Training Certification, Essential Strategies in Reconstructive Surgery program, and ReSensation Symposium. Dr. Albright serves as an attending physician at multiple prestigious hospitals in the Houston area, including the Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital where he primarily practices and performs surgery. He is also a member for a number of professional societies.
