About Steve Ragsdale, DDS
Dr. Ragsdale received his training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) School of Dentistry, graduating in 2016. In that same year, he began his residency training at the University of Texas at San Antonio and completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 2017. Through his training as an AEGD resident, Dr. Ragsdale administered IV sedation and performed complicated surgeries for both healthy and medically-compromised patients. During his residency, he discovered that his passion in dentistry was to provide IV sedation and oral surgery services to his patients. It was then that he decided to focus his career as a general dentist on providing these in-house services to other practitioners. In addition to his many distinguishing memberships, Dr. Ragsdale is trained and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). He is also fluent in Spanish.
