About Stephen D. Haslam, DDS
Dr. Stephen D. Haslam was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. Dr Haslam graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Biology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1987 graduating in the top 5% of his class. Following graduation, he attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he completed a 2 year General Practice Residency program. While there, he received advanced training in all aspects of dental services with special emphasis in cosmetic dentistry, restorative, surgical and sedation dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry in his current Murray location for over 25 years. He treats his patients with respect and listens to what they want. He is a member of the prestigious dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Utah Dental Association . Dr. Haslam is married to the former Susan Ludwig of Sugarhouse. They have four children and six beautiful grandchildren.
