About Stefan Moiceanu, DDS, FICOI
Dr. Stefan Moiceanu graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry , SanFrancisco, CA. He also has a diploma in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Moiceanu has completed many hours of continuing education in all phases of dentistry, and advanced training with P.A.C Live Aesthetic Continuum, The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, The Seattle Study Club, Misch International Implant Institute and a mini residency in Implant Dentistry with Nobel Biocare Training Institute, Yorba Linda, CA. Dr. Moiceanu obtained the status of Fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Misch Institute for Dental Implantology where he obtained his Surgical Implant Fellow status. Dr Stefan, as we call him, is one of the few general dentists trained in the placement and restoration of dental implants. He is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and as a patient has a first hand understanding of the dental posibilities employed in treating Sleep Apnea. Dr. Moiceanu’s top priority is to listen and understand your needs and concerns. He will clearly explain the procedures necessary for your treatment and will answer any questions that you may have regarding the treatment. As a dentist, Dr. Moiceanu looks forward to providing you with superior and friendly service. He strives to achieve excellence by implementing the latest dental techniques. Dr. Moiceanu is married with Alina and they have two children, Silvana and Sabin. In his spare time, Dr. Moiceanu enjoys the outdoors, skiing, bicycling, camping, and photography. Dr. Stefan Moiceanu is a present member or past member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Sleep Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa Dental Society.
