About Spiro Barlas, DDS
Dr. Spiro Barlas graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1987 and from the Loyola University School of Dentistry in1991. He did his residency at Northwestern University and Evanston Hospital. He is an Attending Faculty member at the University of Chicago's Pritzker school of Medicine. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Hellenic American Dental Society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Fraternity which inducts less than 10% of each graduating class. He is also a Fellow of the World Class Laser Institute and completed an implant prosthodontics training program at the Northwestern University School of Dentistry. Dr. Barlas has been providing excellence in dentistry for more than twenty years and has staff priviliges at the Northshore University Healthcare Hospitals.
