About Shashi Ghodake, DDS

I am Self employed Holistic Health and life coach . Trained at Health Coach Institute. It’s my passion and mission of creating a culture of holistic health in this world and also helping our environment by reducing pollution caused by medical waste. Eventually I want to take Health coaching to small villages worldwide to create a bigger impact helping people live a life of wellness disease and medicine free. I work to transform people holistically through habit change coaching to create lasting behavior changes in them leading to their physical , emotional , mental and spiritual well being . I also work as a General Dentist at Middletown Dental Associates part time pat 15 years . Resident at Hartford Hospital from 2003 to 2004 . Volunteered at Angua Hospital in Lae ,Papua New as a dentist for 3 months in 1999. Worked as General dentist in private practice from 1998 to 2000. I was not satisfied just working oral health field , as i see patients suffering from treatable chronic diseases and health issues. Usage of Toms of medications causing other effects creating farther oral and General health problems . So have taken up health coaching to improve quality of life of my patients and clients holistically without use of medications. So now actively also pursuing health coaching . Along with increase in life spans our quality of life needs to improve also , and that’s my goal . Some of my hobbies are dancing , cooking , drawing, editing, badminton. Love working out and coaching on that too and l listening to podcasts .
