About Sharone Shamir, DDS
Dr. Sharone Shamir grew up in Michigan and moved to the North Shore of Chicago with her family in 2010. She earned her doctorate from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Genetics from Michigan State University. Dr. Shamir is committed to gentle dentistry and believes in making her patients comfortable both in the dental chair and in the decisions they make about their care. Her areas of special interest include: smile enhancement/cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Dr. Shamir is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society and Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity. She resides in Northbrook with her husband and 3 children.
