About Sarah E. Groff, MD
Dr. Sarah E. Groff has practiced dermatology in San Antonio since 2017. She grew up in Dallas in a close-knit family of 8. She received her undergraduate degree in Human biology from University of Texas at Austin graduating with Alpha Lambda Delta Honors, Phi et Sigma Honors, and University Honors. She went on to medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas and was awarded the Austin Humanism Award for showing true compassion towards all patients. After medical school she moved to San Antonio to complete her Dermatology residency at University Health Science Center. Her final year of residency, she had the distinct honor of holding the role of Chief Resident. Dr. Groff founded Dynamic Dermatology in 2019 and has experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Groff is a detail-oriented, compassionate, and kindhearted provider who treats patients like she would her own family. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are getting the best care possible. She enjoys traveling, going to the lake (while wearing plenty of sunscreen of course) working out, gardening, antique shopping, and most of all, spending time with her husband and sons.
