About Sara E. Caldwell, Aesthetician Specialist
Sara is a medical esthetician based out of Chicago, Illinois with over 5 years of skin care experience. Her passion for skin care began her career in cosmetics as a trainer at Sephora. After years educating patients from behind the counter, Sara’s desire to gain a deeper understanding of medical conditions affecting the skin lead her to pursue her esthetics license. Sara earned her esthetics license in the spring of 2017 through G Skin and Beauty. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Illustration from the American Academy of Art Chicago. Prior to joining the MDA team, Sara worked at Advanced Dermatology as a Skin Care Specialist and product consultant. She is certified in several procedures, including dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and chemical peels and has a profound understanding of medical grade cosmeceuticals. Sara works closely with our physicians to develop customized in-office and at-home treatment regimens for our patients. Her special interests include homoronal and bacterial acne, anti-aging treatments, and product ingredients.
