About Sandy Murad, DDS
Dr. Sandy Murad has been a member of the 1st Family Dental team since 2008. She graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry after receiving her Bachelors degree in Biology. As a UIC student, she received an award in prosthodontics for academic excellence. Dr. Murad is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Murad has completed specialty training courses in Dental Implants, Botox/Collagen fillers, Invisalign, and Lumineers. Dr. Sandy Murad’s goal is to keep her patients involved and informed in all aspects of the dental treatment planning and decision-making. Her first priority is taking her patient’s questions, fears, goals, and expectations into account, so that they are comfortable and at ease from the beginning to the end of the procedure. Dr. Murad is fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic, and welcomes seeing patients of all ages. She uses the most current techniques and technologies available. When Dr. Murad is not seeing patients, she is spending most of her time with her family including her husband and young child, and her pets.
