About Sandra Leedy, DMD
Dr. Sandra Leedy is truly living her passion. With a tender, artistic touch and a relentless pursuit for clinical excellence, Dr. Leedy loves giving her patients an exceptional dental experience. Dr. Leedy grew up in a loving family with seven siblings and extremely hard working parents. During her childhood, dentistry was a luxury and she didn’t have her first dental appointment until she was 18. Dr. Leedy’s first dental visit was an emergency appointment because she was in excruciating pain. When her dentist helped get her out of pain and back to positive dental health, she knew she wanted a career doing the same. For Dr. Leedy, one of the most important parts of her job is compassion and understanding for patients in pain. Dr. Leedy completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University, in Glendale, AZ. At Aquila Dental, Dr. Leedy treats every patient as if it was herself sitting in the chair. She understands that dentistry requires open ears to understand where the patient is coming from, and where they want to go, and she will always work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that works best for you. When Dr. Leedy isn’t at the office, she enjoys camping, mountain biking, and being with her husband, Dave, and her son, Carbon.
