About Sandra M. Embree, DDS
Dr. Embree has been in private practice in Ann Arbor since 1990. In 2002, she moved her practice into a newly designed and technologically advanced facility. The family oriented practice provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental care. She and her staff provide a comprehensive team approach to diagnosis and treatment with a special interest in total patient care and the link between oral and systemic health. Comprehensive clinical patient care is of utmost importance. Dr. Embree graduated from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She completed postdoctoral training in a General Practice Residency at University of Michigan Hospitals Department of Hospital Dentistry. Dr. Embree received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and practiced in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at University of Michigan Mott Children's Hospital prior to her dental school training. Dr. Embree's areas of concentrated continuing education are in Implant Restoration, Cosmetic Restoration, Comprehensive Periodontal Management and Preventive Dental Care. Dr. Embree focuses on personalizing care in clinical dentistry. Dr. Embree has 3 adult children and resides in Ann Arbor with her husband. She enjoys running, gardening, and travel.
