About Robert E. Zaworski

Robert E. Zaworski, M.D. is Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The American Board of Plastic Surgery provides certification for surgeons who are trained and specialize in Plastic Surgery and is recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialities which has set the standards for excellence in Medical Specialties in the United States since 1933. Trained by world famous plastic surgeon, Dr. D. R. Millard, who is considered to have “virtually established the modern American school of Plastic Surgery”. * Dr. Millard co-authored the “Principles and Art of Plastic Surgery” with Sir Harold Gillies, C.B.E. in 1958. Dr. Zaworski created the “Northside Center for Plastic Surgery” over 25 years ago and has served as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Northside, Shallowford and North Fulton Regional Hospitals. He was one of the founding doctors of North Fulton Regional Hospital and served on the Board of Directors and was the second Chief of the Medical Staff. Dr. Robert E. Zaworski has distinguished himself in the Atlanta plastic surgery community as one of the top surgeons in the field. As a fourth generation physician, Dr. Zaworski received his medical education at Ohio University, Northwestern University Dental School, Northwestern University Medical School, Emory University Medical School and the University of Miami Medical School. Dr. Zaworski has written numerous articles for such respected journals as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Annals of Plastic Surgery, and the American Journal of Surgery. His practice now emphasizes cosmetic surgery, facial rejuvenation, and body contouring. Dr. Zaworski is a recognized authority on all aspects of cosmetic breast and facial surgery.
