About Robert H. Singelyn, DDS

Robert H. Singelyn DDS and his entire staff remain dedicated to providing each and every patient with high quality dental care and exceptional customer service. In addition, our West Bloomfield dental office offers patients full access to the experience, background and professional training of Dr. Robert Singelyn, a fully licensed and award-winning Michigan dentist. Dr. Singelyn graduated in the top of his class from the University of Detroit Dental School, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. Accepted into the honors program at Detroit Receiving Hospital during his senior year, he earned the Francis B. Vedder Award for his work on crowns and bridges — also know as prosthodontics — in addition to being awarded ‘Best Dentist in Class’ from the Academy of General Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Singelyn was asked to teach crown and bridge prosthodontics to new dental students, which he did for five years. An award winning cosmetic dentist who has been recognized for excellence by multiple state and national organizations, Dr. Singelyn earned a Clinical Performance in Dentistry Award from the Regional Board of Dental Examiners; an Evidence of Attainment Award from the National Board of Dental Examiners; and was recognized for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry by the University of Detroit — where he was also awarded admission into the University’s Clinical Honors Program. A Michigan State Board Duly Licensed Dentist, Dr. Singelyn holds memberships in the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Oakland District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Oral Implantology, the American Society of Osseointegration, the Francis B. Vedder Society of Crown and Bridge Prostodontics and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
