About Robert L. Orme, MD
Dr. Robert Orme is a board certified dermatologist. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1981 with a B.S. in biology and chemistry. He attended medical school at the University of Utah College of Medicine followed by rotating internship at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine where he served as chief resident. Dr. Orme is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology as well as the Utah Dermatology Society (for which he has served as president). He has been awarded a “Best Doctor” recognition by his peers and “Patient’s Choice Award” by his patients. He vigorously pursues continuing medical education and has received advanced training in cosmetic dermatology, laser, and cryolipolysis (Coolsculpting). Dr. Orme was the first Utah provider to offer Coolsculpting and among the first 50 providers in the U.S. He is the father of four children and has six grandchildren. In addition to patient care, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, boating, and travel.
