About Rhonda F. Jacob, DDS
Dr. Jacob is a Board Certified Prosthodontist who received her BS, DDS and MS in prosthodontics at the University of Iowa. Her training included a prosthodontic residency at the VA Hospital and University Hospital in Iowa City. She worked at MD Anderson for 30 years as professor, faculty and Director of the Maxillofacial Program. She was also Director of the implant fellowship at MD Anderson using implants in conjunction with head and neck reconstruction. She has been the president of multiple national and international organizations, is a sought after academic speaker, has been published extensively in scientific journals, and was voted by her peers to serve as an examiner for the American Board of Prosthodontics. She received Best Dentist in Texas awards from 2011-2018 from Texas Monthly. Dr. Jacob is a co-author of a popular prosthodontic textbook called Prosthodontics for the Edentulous Patient. Dr. Jacob has previously been elected by her peers to serve on the Clinical Advisory Board for the ClearChoice network. She has owned and operated The Woodlands ClearChoice since January 2012.
