About Rachel R. Moreno, Tattoo Specialist
Rachel has worked in the beauty industry since she was 16 years old where she caught an eye for creativity and attention to detail. Throughout the years she not only had a love for all things beauty but shortly discovered a love for brows. Rachel found her passion for brows back in 2018 when she was introduced into the PMU world by the founder of Bespoke Brows, Bree McKee. With her own first set of microbladed brows, Rachel then took an advanced training in Microblading at Deluxe Brows in San Diego, CA in April of 2019. She is now certified in Microblading, manual shading, Powder Brow and Combination Brow. While much different from what she was use to with hair and nails, Rachel has been dedicated to perfecting her new talents ever since. Located in beautiful sunny San Diego, PMU artist Rachel has called this place home since the age of 6 and couldn’t imagine living and doing what she loves anywhere else! Rachel Believes that each set of brows should be customized, as each face is unique and different. She is hoping to give each of you the brows of your dreams.
