About R. Anthony Burrows, DDS
Dr. R. Anthony Burrows graduated from the University of Colorado in 1992. He continued his training through a General Practice Residency from 1992-93 at Denver General Hospital. He moved to Tucson in 1993 and practiced at Dental Net where he was team leader from 1993-97. Dr. Burrows has been in private practice at his current location for 20 years and is a member of the American Dental Association, Alpha Omega, Arizona Dental Association, Southern Arizona Dental Association, an Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys working with Alternative Missions based in Phoenix and has made several international trips to provide dental care to underserved communities. He is also active with Women’s Health Organization, MOM in Phoenix and Hopefest in Tucson. Dr. Burrows and his wife have four children, four grandchildren. In his spare time, Dr. Burrows enjoys gardening, travel, golf, hanging out with friends, playing with his grandkids and manning the BBQ. Helping people to achieve a healthy, happy smile through dentistry is Dr. Burrow’s passion and he believes that the caring doctors, clinical staff and office staff together with the efficiency and honest service are what keep his patients happy and appreciative of Desert Springs Family Dentistry.
