About Peter J. Yi, DDS
Dr. Peter J. Yi is one of only 35 prosthodontists in the world to have earned board certification in advanced dental implant surgery and dental restoration. Dr. Yi received his specialist training in postgraduate Prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco in 2001. Dr. Yi also taught implant dentistry and Fixed Prosthodontics at UCSF as an assistant clinical professor. Upon settling down in the peninsula area, he has run his own successful private practice specializing in Implant and Prosthodontics in the Bay Area. Today, after 25 years of combined academic and dental practice, Dr. Peter J. Yi resumes private practice with an emphasis on Dental implant surgery and Esthetic Prosthodontics in Los Altos, California. Dr.Yi is a member of the American College of Prosthodontist, Academy of Osseointegration and is an attending faculty member in postgraduate Prosthodontics at UC San Francisco.
