About Peter Goodyear, DDS
Dr. Goodyear grew up in Penfield, NY and attended Ithaca College, where he graduated with honors. He then attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating Cum Laude. From there, he completed a General Practice Residency at Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Goodyear carries with him additional training in hospital dentistry, oral and IV sedation, special needs dentistry, and third molar extractions. His interests include cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, and TMD/orofacial pain. Enthusiastic to provide the most up to date care, Dr. Goodyear is highly involved in continuing education and is a member of the following organizations: the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Monroe County Dental Society, Seventh District Dental Society, and the Apollonian Dental Study Club. Dr. Goodyear enjoys playing guitar, traveling, cooking and is an avid sports fan. He is getting married to his dental school sweetheart, Dr. Alexa Hill, this fall and they will be expecting a Golden Retriever puppy in the near future!
