About Peter Epstein, DMD
Dr. Epstein grew up in New York, on Long Island, where he attended high school. He continued his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his bachelors degree, and made the decision to go into dentistry. Dr. Epstein was accepted into several dental programs, but chose to attend the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry for its reputation of excellence, which it maintains to this day. Upon graduation in 1980, Dr. Epstein came to Florida and passed the dental board examination. He spent the next 20 years in a group practice in North Miami Beach. During that time, Dr. Epstein continued to pursue his interest in the latest dental techniques, especially cosmetic procedures which were developing in the 80’s and 90’s; cosmetic bonding, porcelain veneers, and teeth whitening techniques. In 2001, Dr. Epstein opened his state of the art dental practice in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Since that time, Dr. Epstein has been trained in Invisalign orthodontic treatment, and the placement of dental implants using computer guided techniques. Dr. Epstein continues to study so that he may provide the best and most comprehensive service to his patients.
