About Penny Peng
Dr. Peng has been practicing dentistry in the Covina area since 1999. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University and has enjoyed giving back as a part-time assistant professor at her alma mater since 2002. She has the latest training in cosmetic and implant dentistry, keeping up to date through additional courses at Loma Linda University.Dr. Peng grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and received a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and a Minor in Chemistry at La Sierra University. As a child she lived in Taiwan and Argentina and speaks both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. She is delighted to be involved with health fairs and school activities serving her Covina community. She has participated in numerous dental missionary trips to China, Mexico, Argentina, La Vida New Mexico and the nearby communities. “Teeth are teeth. They don’t change no matter which country or region you go to. It is great to be able to help other people and to see them smile,” Dr. Peng said.Dr. Peng is an active member of the Covina Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the American Dental, California Dental, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Associations.
