About Penny C. Lazaro, Aesthetician Specialist
I am Penny Cuntapay Lazaro, A Licensed Esthetician & Certified Clinical Aesthetician, Aromatherapy Massages and Cosmetology. (A member of National Cosmetology Association since 2006). Also a member of Associated SKIN CARE Professionals and AMERICAN ASSOCIATION for Esthetics. I was trained in California, Chicago and Asia. My experience includes The Asian Beauty Event (Hong Kong, November 2007) and in the Philippines to master the technique of Cautery/Superfracator (no need for Laser-Treat in various minor skin irregularities) and permanent make-up. Prior to being a Cosmetologist and Aesthetician, I worked for 10 years in Admin/Customer Service with Unicare/Anthem Insurance on the 39th floor at Sears Tower Chicago.
