About Pauline Lu, DDS
West San Jose dentist Dr. Pauline Lu has practiced dentistry since the year of 2000. Dr. Lu is a cosmetic and family dentist for patients of all ages, proudly serving West San Jose, Cupertino, Saratoga, Santa Clara, San Jose, and the greater bay area. Dr. Lu was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She graduated from Kaimuki High School with Magna Cum Laude and an Award in Sciences. Dr. Lu was one of ten students in the whole state who were accepted into the University of Hawaii with Dean’s Scholarships. She has also received a Kokua Po’okela Award from Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu for 8 years of volunteer services. Dr. Lu graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree with Honor in Music. For her undergraduate studies, she majored in both music and pre-medicine. She taught music at the University of Hawaii for three years and taught piano for eight years privately before relocating to California for dental school training.
