About Oliver Chang, MD
Dr. Oliver Chang, MD, started his career in the year 2000 from University of North Texas by associating himself with biology. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with bachelors in biology. He then moved to West Indies for completing his masters from St. George’s University School of Medicine in the year 2005. He received a scholarship from the university to The Brooklyn Hospital General Surgery Residency Program- Affiliate to Weill Cornell Medical College where he not only earned his MD degree, but also a PHD in plastic surgery. In the year 2014, he moved to Houston for the plastic surgery fellowship program in The Methodist Hospital. Over a period of 8 years, Dr. Oliver Chang has attended some of the nation’s top institutions. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has numerous publications in leading scientific and plastic surgery journals. Dr. Chang, a best plastic surgeon in Miami, has represented his work at national and regional conferences and received various awards and patents for his work. His expertise has been sought by physicians and surgeons in the region for the management of complex plastic surgery patients. He is well-versed in the latest techniques including laser surgery, endoscopic procedures with minimal scars and reconstruction of deformities.
