Morgan Mieras, C.P.D.A., C.C.R.T. is a San Diego native with over 15 years experience in the medical field. After much soul-searching, she decided to combine her medical experience, her love for the art of tattoos, and a fierce interest in the beauty industry. Next thing you know, Goddess Permanent Makeup was born! She received her board-approved micro pigmentation training from the International Institute of Permanent Cosmetics (IIPC), receiving certifications as a Certified Permanent Dermal Artist and Certified Collagen Rejuvenation Therapist. She was fortunate to study under Susan Church, internationally-known educator and recognized a leader in the Permanent Cosmetic industry. She opened Goddess Permanent Makeup in 2016 to serve San Diego County, with a centrally located office in Oceanside, California. Morgan is an artist who understands how color choices, shaping techniques, and attention to detail will give you the most satisfying results. Every client receives her complete, personal attention and she genuinely listens to their requests regarding color and individualized style and shapes. Morgan is a talented and conscientious individual who has earned the complete confidence and trust of her clients. She has worked with numerous spas, salons, medical offices, and tattoo shops throughout San Diego County. Her passion is educating people in lieu of all the misinformation that is circulated about Cosmetic Tattooing. She prides herself in being very transparent with clients which is a rarity in the industry, and hopefully, by doing this she will pave new ways for future practitioners.
