About Misha Heller
Misha M. Heller, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist currently practicing in Long Beach, California, serving both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Dr. Heller received her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC). While in medical school, she was awarded the Dean’s Research Scholarship pursuing a one-year research fellowship in medical dermatology at the University of California San Francisco (USCF). Following graduation, she completed her internship year in a combined surgical and medical program at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She then completed her dermatology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, which is considered to be one of the leading training programs in the country. She has received numerous awards and accolades in the field of dermatology for her work on such topics, as psoriasis, eczema, autoimmune blistering skin conditions, reconstructive skin surgery, management of skin conditions during pregnancy and lactation, and much more. She has authored 32 published journal articles and 15 book chapters and has given 12 oral presentations and 21 poster presentations at national and international medical conferences.
