About Misato Fukuda, DMD
Misato Fukuda, D.M.D is a Bergen County native, raised in Mahwah, NJ. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University in 2009 and was awarded a Cornell Tradition scholarship for demonstrating impactful work experience, community service, and excellent academic achievement. Dr. Misato obtained her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dentistry in 2014 and completed a post-graduate residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Misato has furthered her studies in areas of cosmetic dentistry and laser dentistry. She is also a certified provider of Invisalign and injectables such as BOTOX® and Juvéderm. When she is not busy treating patients, Dr. Misato enjoys creating ceramics at the pottery wheel, practicing yoga, cycling, and skiing. Dr. Misato is fluent in Japanese.
