About Mildred L. Goebel, DMD
My name is Dr. Mildred Lopez Goebel. I was born in San Juan, PR and raised in Mechanicsburg, PA. I received my undergraduate degree in 1993 from The University of Pennsylvania and my DMD degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1998. I worked in several private practices before joining Contemporary Dentistry in Groton in 2004, where I stayed until Goebel Family Dentistry. I belong to the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of Family and Cosmetic dentistry. To keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of The State of Connecticut. My hobbies include Hiking with my dogs, spending time with my husband and children, reading, and CrossFit. I’ve been married for 15 years to Tom. We have 3 children: Lauren, Paige, and Noah.
