My name is Michelle Mond and I am a Von Lee graduate. I spent a year and a half working at a med-spa which is where I got accustomed to performing microdermabrasions. I then moved on to opening my own microdermabrasion practice in the office of Dr. Mark Young in White Marsh, MD. What drove me to open my own business was knowing I could make my own hours, and juggle being a mommy and an esthetician.
