About Michael Kelly
Dr. Michael Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois. His residency in General Surgery was served at Rush Presbyterian — St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He was a resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at City Hospital in Nottingham, England and at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is Board certified in general surgery, as well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Greater Miami Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Florida Medical Association and Dade County Medical Society. Every year for the past 15 years, he has been named one of the Top Plastic Surgeons at either the local and national level by organizations such as Miami Metro Magazine, Guide to Top Doctors, Castle-Connolly Publishing, and the Consumer Research Council of America. All of these awards are generated by asking physicians who they would refer a family member to.
