About Michael P. Cheng, DDS
Dr. Cheng Immigrated to the Bay Area from Taiwan at a young age. He graduated from Gunn High School in Palo Alto and recieved his B.A. in Integrated Biology from U.C. Berkeley. He then went on to recieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry (NYU). Dr. Cheng's mission has always been to provide his patients with the best dental care. Therefore, he actively keeps up with the latest advances in dentistry by taking continue education courses throughout the year - including the latest treatment techniques, materials and equipment. His office is set up with the most up-to-date equipment allowing him to provide you the quality dental care you deserve. Dr. Cheng has been practicing dentistry in the Bay Area for many years. He has established a friendly and trusting relationship with his patients. His detail-oriented approach to his patients' dental health is also well-known amongst his patients, and one of the major reasons of his success. Dr. Cheng is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Society, and Santa Clara Dental Society. Dr. Cheng is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. In his spare time, Dr. Cheng enjoys golfing and going to classical music concerts with his wife who is a professional cellist from Juilliard.
