About Michael Caputo, DDS
Born and raised in Huntington, New York. It all started in Kindergarten for Dr. Caputo, when he created a picture book about his future of taking care of patients in the dental chair, titled “What I Want to be When I Grow Up”. Dr. Caputo fulfilled this dream by receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the first Dental School in the country, University of Maryland. Dr. Caputo always wanted to practice Dentistry in Florida, after spending the summers at his grandma’s house in West Palm Beach. He was hooked on the sunshine state’s weather and beaches. He received his Florida Dental License right after graduating from University of Maryland and moved straight down to Florida. Dr. Caputo has taken numerous continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, smile design and implant restorations, just to name a few. He is passionate about treating his patients as family and providing the highest quality dental care in a personalized, customer service atmosphere. Dr. Caputo is an active member in the local and national dental communities listed below, and serves as an alternative delegate for the Hillsborough Dental Association.
