About Melissa Jannes, Aesthetician Specialist
Melissa Jannes is National Educator for Universal Companies, a leading single-source supplier to over 30,000 spa professionals in 47 countries and owner of Maebee's Beauty Studio, a single practitioner, by-appointment space providing quality treatments with individualized attention. She received her esthetics degree at The Beauty School of Middletown in 2008 after becoming inspired by her Beauty Advisor position for Origins of Estee Lauder and became licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. Working in all aspects of the field, including makeup artistry, she opened her own personal session studio in 2016 providing hair removal, clinical facials, chemical peels, lash lifts, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, body treatments, and makeup. In addition, she is a Wax Educator for Cirepil by Perron Rigot, Ambassador for Couleur Caramel, Educator of Mirabella Beauty, Makeup Artist for Philadelphia Magazine Best of Philly winner Aleksandra Ambrozy Makeup & Hair, and Makeup Artist Trainer for Makeup.School an online training program that teaches the art of professional makeup. In 2012, her bikini wax earned her Allure Magazine's "Best of Beauty" award.
