About Megan E. Olson, DDS
Born and raised, 5th generation Californian. She attended Acalanes High School in Lafayette, California and received her bachelor’s degree at Middlebury College in Vermont in 2001. At Middlebury, Megan competed on the swim team earning All-NESCAC and All-American honors her senior year. In June 2005 Dr. Olson graduated as valedictorian from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco with high honors. She was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and Phi Kappa Phi honors societies. After graduation, Dr. Olson joined her then fiancée Dr. John Koett at their practice in Encinitas. She has also maintained an associateship with her father Dr. James Olson at his dental practice in Berkeley, California. For Dr. Olson, dentistry is about gaining and maintaining a trusting relationship between doctor and patient, and then providing a lifetime of quality care.
